Important Notice: Temporary Operations Update
Updated: November 7, 2022
We are currently experiencing a nationwide alert as flu, RSV and COVID collide. Further compounding the situation are staffing shortages across all healthcare settings resulting in increased call volumes and wait times. In addition, we have transitioned to a new electronic medical record system, called CS-Link, further augmenting delays.
Unfortunately, these events will have a temporary impact on our operations. Please expect longer call wait times and a longer check-in process during your next in-office visit. As new practices become routine for us and as our staffing levels improve, you can expect an enhanced experience with a new electronic check-in process and a slew of new online features to manage your care via our improved patient portal.
If you are calling about a non-urgent matter and have waited more than 10 minutes, we urge you to try your call again later. All appointments must be scheduled. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time.
We appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding as we navigate this surge while also adapting to new technology.
For over 25 years, our qualified and caring physicians, nurses, and staff have been providing high-quality care and patient-centered service to our community. Our services include Primary Care for newborns, pediatrics, adults, and the elderly. In addition to Primary Care, we have Specialists in Rheumatology, Adult and Pediatric Endocrinology, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. We also offer Hospital-Based Care through a team of hospital-based providers ready to serve as an extension of your Primary Care physician if you’re admitted to Huntington Hospital.
Visit our COVID-19 Information page for vaccination and testing resources, and to learn about our in-office safety measures and operational updates in response to the ongoing pandemic.
