Tele-Noon Hour Series: Nutrition and Comfort Food

Learn how to make nutritious food choices without sacrificing flavor. A panel of Huntington Hospital experts — Registered Dietitian Crystal Kwan, MPH, CDCES, Executive Chef Ben Herrera, and Director of Food and Nutrition Services Jessie Wahba — will discuss healthy alternatives for comfort foods from a variety of cultural traditions.

 

For all lectures, reservations are required at least one day in advance.
