Tele-Noon Hour Series: Holistic Stress Management

Pierre-Etienne Vannier, MSc, CHt, mind-body practitioner and program development specialist, will provide tips on how you can manage stress by creating healthy boundaries, connecting with others, and focusing on the link between your mind, body and spirit.


For all lectures, reservations are required at least one day in advance.
