Accepted Health Plans

Huntington Health is contracted with an array of health plans to give you more coverage options. We accept select EPO/PPO and HMO plans, as well as select government plans and others. Please note that physicians accepting new patients may not be open to all health plans. We advise you to contact your health insurance carrier for specific questions about your coverage.

Should you have an HMO plan, please note we have an exclusive partnership with Optum (formerly Healthcare Partners) to manage and coordinate care under these plans. You can find our physicians listed in accepted HMO plans under the group name Optum Care Network – Pasadena (some plans abbreviate the name to OCN-Pasadena).
