Noon Hour Series: Nutrition for Older Adults

Huntington Health registered dietitian Crystal Kwan will explore tasty and creative ways to nourish your mind, body and spirit. This special lecture will include food demonstrations that showcase delicious recipes you can make at home.

You can now enjoy Senior Care Network’s Noon Hour lecture series in a virtual format. These educational lectures will be held via Zoom, but a call-in option is also available.

Lectures will begin at 12:30 p.m. on the dates listed. Each will last about an hour and will include time for questions. Participation is free.

For all lectures, you must register in advance. There are two ways to register:
