Senior woman comforting a senior man who looks upset

In honor of Mental Health Month, join us as psychiatrist Colin Dias, MD, shares about how to deal with grief and other forms of loss, as well as the warning signs of depression.

You can now enjoy Senior Care Network’s Noon Hour lecture series in a virtual format. These educational lectures will be held via Zoom, but a call-in option is also still available.

Lectures will begin at 12:30 p.m. on the dates listed. Each will last about an hour and will include time for questions. Participation is free.

For all lectures, you must register in advance. There are two ways to register:

1. Complete the registration form online by visiting this website.

2. Call our membership line at (626) 397-3147 and a staff member will assist you with registration. We’re happy to help!
