50+ Health Connection | Huntington Hospital

50+ Health Connection is the Senior Care Network’s free membership program that helps community residents age 50 and over save money and keep up to date on health issues. Membership offers education, support and information including:

A discount card to use in the hospital cafeteria and gift shop.
Support following hospital stays to provide information and coordinate care.
A mailed copy of our newsletter with information and tips on staying healthy.
